Client Context

We were commissioned to photograph the storefront of the Initio Parfums boutique, located on Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, for a special showcase of their fragrance Musk Therapy.

The shoot took place at night to capture the luminous atmosphere designed for the window display: muted tones, soft lighting, and a luxurious layout. The main goal was to produce a series of clear, aesthetic, and faithful images, suitable for both internal and external brand communications.

Challenges Faced

  • Managing reflections on the storefront glass while preserving the original lighting ambiance, without using additional lights.
  • Capturing the olfactory universe of the fragrance within a confined space, visible only from the street.
  • Highlighting both the displayed products and the nighttime scenography, while maintaining a balance of light and contrast.
